Just Trio’s aim is to make the delivery and - if required – the return of goods as simple and easy for you as possible, whilst ensuring you receive your order safely and promptly.
If an item is out of stock you will be informed and offered an alternative if one is available. You will also be advised when the product will be back in stock.
Orders received will be processed for despatch within 48 hours, subject to confirmation of payment and stock availability.
Courier services aim to deliver within 3 working days if that service is selected. Other options are available upon request - please contact the Just Trio team to make alternative arrangements.
Just Trio endeavours to provide clear delivery times and to communicate with you as quickly as possible should any difficulties arise. There may, however, be circumstances beyond Just Trio’s control which could result in delays, for example: bad weather or vehicle breakdown. This will not happen often but if it does you will be kept informed.

Just Trio will deliver to any address nominated by you – home, work, or anywhere else that might be more convenient for you - but not to a PO Box address. Orders will be delivered to the address provided on the order, and a signature is required when delivery is made. If there is no one in at the nominated address the courier will try to leave items with a neighbour.
Just Trio does not schedule the delivery routes as it uses professional couriers but if your delivery is delayed please contact the Just Trio team who will do all they can to help.
Delivery charges will depend on the destination country. Please contact Just Trio at email@example.com prior to ordering to confirm shipping costs. Products are sold in UK pounds sterling, and VAT has been applied to the order. In certain countries recipients may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or upon delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing an order. Just Trio cannot be held responsible for any customs fees, taxes or levies.
Delivery of Mirrored/Glass Products
As we use national couriers, the delivery of products that are mirrored or contain glass are restricted. Please contact us in the Barnstaple store before completing your purchase on these items. We will endeavour to deliver these in our own van as soon as possible to prevent the items getting damaged.
Returns and Exchanges
Just Trio is confident that you will be delighted with the goods you receive, but its excellent returns policy allows you to feel confident in the knowledge that you can return goods if they are not suitable or not as you had expected.
Should you not be delighted with your purchase or if you need to return items for any reason, you are able to do so within 30 days of receipt. Just Trio will offer you an exchange or refund, provided that the goods are returned intact and in the same condition as they were received - unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with any tags still attached.
Please also note that in line with the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the absolute right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of the 14th working day following the day on which you received the goods. No reason for cancellation needs to be provided, and you have the right to a full refund of all charges if you return the goods within these timescales. Parcels are returned at your own cost. You may exercise this right in writing or by contacting Just Trio’s Customer Care team.
Please note that customers who send back unwanted goods will only receive the value of the item purchased and not the delivery costs. Return delivery charges must be covered by the customer.
How to return goods
Please contact Just Trio by email or telephone to confirm your intention to return an item. Please enclose the original paperwork and any relevant additional information. Just Trio encourages you to photograph your goods prior to return. Once goods have been received and inspected, all appropriate refunds will be applied as quickly as possible to your original method of payment, and within 5 days of goods being received. It can take 3 or 4 days after Just Trio has processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit/debit card statement.

For your own security please ensure that you obtain proof of posting or dispatch and obtain appropriate insurance cover as Just Trio cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Furniture delivery currently available within the UK only.
When you place an order for furniture, you will receive an initial phone call within 2 working days to confirm your order and to explain how the delivery process works.
Just Trio will confirm the lead time for your item and provisionally arrange a delivery date.
Just Trio’s Furniture Delivery Procedure
You must be at home to accept delivery – Just Trio’s couriers cannot leave the goods unless you sign for them.
A date and time window will be arranged with you as soon as the product is ready.
On arrival, your goods will be unwrapped from the transit packaging, quality inspected, and placed in the requested room position, and all packaging removed if required.
Just Trio’s Furniture Returns Procedure
Where a product has been specifically ordered for you, unless faulty, Just Trio is unable to refund or offer an exchange.
Just Trio is unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless notified in writing (or email) within 48 hours of the order being placed.
Just Trio provides a 12 month manufacturer’s guarantee on all furniture items. Furniture sold is for domestic use only and must be used for the intended purpose. The guarantee does not cover accidental damage or misuse of the product.
Damaged or Faulty Furniture Items
If your furniture is faulty or damaged please contact the Just Trio team on 01271 375753 or firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Just Trio will endeavour to complete a home visit, if required, within 14 days of being notified of an issue to evaluate the fault. If the issue is confirmed as a product fault, Just Trio will instruct a repair or replacement.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Should you receive damaged or faulty goods please contact the Just Trio team within 48 hours of receipt and collection will be arranged. It will speed up the process if you could email a photo of the damage or fault.
Ensure that you return the damaged or faulty goods in the original packaging - the courier will collect or you can return to Just Trio and all reasonable charges will be refunded.
Once Just Trio has received and inspected the goods, a refund including delivery charges, or a replacement, will be arranged at no expense to you.
A gift can be returned in line with the standard policy within the conditions. However, Just Trio can only communicate with the person who placed the order and an email will be sent to them to confirm the exchange or refund. Refunds can only be made to the payment method used for the original purchase.
